Third Edition Sharing Design: 2-17 April 2016

Where and when
The exhibition will take place as part of the 3rd edition of SHARING DESIGN from 2nd to 17th of April 2016 and will take place in the hall Messina2 in the Fabbrica del Vapore in via Procaccini 4 ( M5 Cenisio, lines 9,10,12,14 ) . The opening is earlier than the Design Week ( 12 to 17 April ) for an agreement between our association and the Triennale di Milano that will open all exhibitions of “21st Century Design After Design ” on April 2nd , including the one to be held in the Fabbrica del Vapore.
Exposure
The exhibition curated by the association will include a ” lounge ” atmosphere with bars and music; There will be some openings at night , in particular on the 2nd of April in coincidence with the opening of the Triennale during the Design Week, and also our closing party.
Accessibility and communication
It is important to underline that we are at the fourth edition of our event in the Fabbrica del Vapore, the combination of the presence of the Triennale and the opportunity this year of the comfortable access to the subway. All this surely will ensure a flow of additional visitors compared to previous years . The communication is supported by the extensive work that we have already begun to do on the socials and the work by the press that generated in 2015 more than 230 reviews .

To whom it may concern
The call is open to all design self-producers who are 18 years old by the 2nd of April 2016.
The Subject of the Call
There are two categories :
Product : small furnishing accessories, including lighting, home textiles and objects.
Fashion: fashion accessory.
For small pieces of furniture coffee tables, individual seats, upholster, lighting, home textiles, lighting, objects, etc. are intended, made of any material with a focus on environmental sustainability .
For both categories it is essential that the products are reproducible in small series, and that the designs aren’t before 2014 .
How to participate
To be eligible you must be registered as an individual in Milan Makers http://www.milanomakers.com/mm/come-associarsi-annual-fee/ , the annual fee (from January to December 2016) is remained unchanged at 50,00 €.
Aside from the registration to the association, an individual contribution for every participant is required, even in the case of groups , for the event expenses to be paid by March 15, 2016 , for young people aged 18 to 26 years € .25,00 + VAT , for all others 50,00 € + VAT for each category in which they will participate, by bank transfer to the account of Milano Makers iban IT98T0503401614000000000997 by transferring the money indicate the name and surname of the participant and the category in which it is participating.
Delivery and withdrawal of your products
The products shall be delivered on Friday, April 1st from 2 to 7 pm at the hall Messina 2 in the Fabbrica del Vapore and must strictly be collected on April 18th from 9 am to 12. The products must be related to a delivery note headed to the product owner, shipping address is Sharing Design Making Maker c / o Fabbrica del Vapore Messina 2 via Proccacini 4 Milano ( delivery entrance for the goods is the central reception via Procaccini 4 ) , the description must clearly indicate the delivered product .
The association does not assume any responsibility in case of theft and / or damage to the products on display.
Applications will be accepted by the association in chronological order until place is available and in any case not later than 15 March 2016.
